The FCCN application process is automated, intuitive and designed to make joining the network as straightforward as possible.

Repairers are invited to create a profile containing key business information. This profile helps determine whether the repairer meets the required criteria and highlights any areas that may need to be addressed before approval.

FCCN Certification Process

Step 1

Receive Your Audit

Once your application has been accepted, you'll receive an invitation to complete your Ford Standards Audit through Opus.

Please complete this within 5 days, or let us know if you need more time.

Step 2

Complete Your Audit

The Ford Standards Audit assesses your technical capability, compliance, facilities and repair processes.

Completed online through Opus, it's quick, straightforward and designed to evidence your business standards.

Step 3

Review & Support

Your completed audit is reviewed by the FCCN team and your Regional Manager.

If any improvements are required, we'll guide you through them to help you achieve approval.

Step 4

Become FCCN Approved

Once all standards have been met, your bodyshop will achieve FCCN Approved status.

You'll then gain access to the full range of FCCN benefits, support and member resources.
